An external Maintenance Bypass Switch. It provides continuous power without shutting down the connected loads during UPS scheduled maintenance or battery replacement. Built in « Make Before Break » technology, it is easy in operation with a rotary switch. It features terminal block for connecting input and output. Using a relay contact it sends signal to the UPS to switch it to the internal bypass to avoid short of the input and output of the UPS.
